Conformable High Traction Pitlane Tape
Conformable pitlane tape is an ingenious marking solution ideal for use in the pitlane., it comes in three industry specified colours; black, yellow, orange, white and black/yellow hazard. The conformable material for this abrasive pitlane tape is constructed from a soft aluminium foil base and then top coated with a thick spread of aluminium oxide grit
Once the abrasive safety tape has been applied the conformable pitlane tape adopts the texture of the pit box, as it is foil based it has no inherent memory so will not lift or rise off
As the conformable material is non-plastic based it has a secondary use of being flame retardant, our product has been tested to certain Civil Aviation Authority specifications for burn testing
